Unless it randomly spawns in a location like 1 food that gives u 3 heart regan every 2-3 minutes it spawns

There is.
If you have, like, 2 or 3 hearts left, run around the arena for 1 minute or so, and you should have full hearts.

There is by the time u get 1/2 way around a map u restore like 2-3 hearts
Also u can also just get a 7 kill streak

It does...anyway, it's a really fast game so u probably wouldn't hv time to eat, seeing as it would slow you down
