how do I load my skin in after I uploaded it

I made a new skin and it wont load onto Brokenlens, and Brokenlens only. I want to inform I am PC, not BE

On Java, it usually takes a long time for your new skin to load. When I used to play Java it took about 1-12 hours for the skin to change.
