Thanks Lauren for writing in ok so one day I was playing TNT Tag then suddenly I was muted. It said u r muted for five days so I thought nvm wait then BUT the day after that I realized it is still five days and it is always like that so I think it is a bug and I never hack,swear or whatever so I want to find out who muted me and ask him/her to unmute me that's all! xD

Ah, okay, I understand now.
I think if you wait for 3 more days (not including today) you'll be unmuted anyway, so you don't have to worry.

Also, you don't get muted for hacking. You get banned for it.

If you are muted, you can't say anything in the public chat. You can, however, send players PVTs (using /tell <username> <msg>) and send messages through /frm.

You aren't muted permanently, you just have to wait for a few more days and you'll be unmuted.
