for real i did not use flying hack.Im not gonna banned if my wifi is good but is poor im in the phillipines and the wifi here is sooo loading plss just give me another chance

Hey there, So I wasn't able to review this thread until tonight as I was installing windows on a new drive. Couldn't really check forums as a result of technical issues involved in that process.

I did some investigating and it's evident to me that you were posting YouTube videos and forum posts containing server gameplay under the user CeasingYew89443 as referenced by the post you made six minutes after your ban appeal and the various chat messages on both accounts linking back to your YouTube channel.
Unless your neighbor has access to both of your Minecraft accounts, your forums account; and your YouTube channel, The situation you are describing to me regarding ownership of your accounts seems questionable. If that is happening, That would likely be a significant violation of your privacy and I would recommend resetting your passwords.

As for the initial reason for why you were banned which was due to flyhacking, I am reasonably sure that I made the right call on that even if I didn't record footage before banning you.
It's also possible that the very specific version of the game you were running earlier (Minecraft 1.8.1 for Bedrock was released nearly two and a half years ago.) might have some compatibility issues that we are not aware of.
When referring to the internet speed test you linked, The most important value to check isn't your bandwidth or network speed but your latency and that is something that looks more than adequate for playing on the server especially given that you are actually getting lower latency with google and in-game than I sometimes get with a wired Ethernet connection.

In summary, My verdict on this case is that I will unban you under the condition that you don't bypass your ban or join the server on another account for a month. Feel free to post another appeal on June 4th or afterwards.
