Removing an account entirely

Is it possible to remove an accounts information entirely instead of a reset ticket because I used an alt account to join the server in order to play with a friend since I've changed platforms. I don't want to associate that username here and in the rules there's a no to alt accounts so I was just wondering if it's possible to delete it's information entirely via stats, account, etc.

Alts are allowed on server, just not on forums which I broke the rule by accident when making @DominicBlueRoseKnight

Thanks but I'd like it removed either way. I don't want that username associated here so if there's any possible way in removing it then I'd appreciate the knowledge.
