Ban for no reason... idk anymore >_<

Hi I would like to get unbanned idk why i was banned all i just did was join in and move only 2 blocks and got banned I swear that I have no hacks or anything just vanilla minecraft I also have a screenshot of me playing regular minecraft on another server. And once I got banned falsely maybe from lag because my ping is very bad made others think I was hacking even tho I wasnt it was just my data connection.
