Staff of the month/year
The suggestion is to make like a staff of the month and of the year, the staff who get rewarded it would get example a XP boost in the game he/she wants for a period of time.
Builder of the month/year
Same thing here, but this time we would take all the map every builders did make the community vote for their favorite map and like for the staff of the month, they could get a XP boost in the game he/she wants
Why not only just month or year?
The difference between month and year, well clearly the staff/builder of the year would get a bigger boost then the staff/builder of the month.
Pros: it would make staff and builder level up easier and (maybe) convince them to play more the game?
Cons: corruption (yes cause yeah and cause i said so)
