Details about the un fair ban

1.It was December 3rd 2016 5:30 pm (India) that I got banned
2.Any server I go to I get banned for example I play only team skywars but if I go to hunger games or any other game I'm still banned.
3.In game my name is BeastGamer31 and I have no idea why I got banned I never hacked in the game I don't use mods I don't use anything
4.I was not banned by an admin it just told me that I was peremenantly banned

I would really appreciate if u can take some action about this.
And thank you for replying to my problem as soon as possible :)

Idk just to be sure I made a new account too see if I was banned intentionally or experimentally so and the new account said it was banned too idk I tried 2 to 3 more accounts still it's saying all of them are banned and I even tried in another iPad to see if things changed it still showed that I was banned

Don't worry, staff would never ban a player just for testing purposes :) And if other accounts don't work, then you must be IP banned. Let's wait for the other staff members to respond
