Because it worked for me when I bought it using PayPal however I don't know if it works if u brought it using the brokenlens app

What Bop is trying to say is they already know the problem. They just didn’t pay the money yet to buy the rank yet, that’s all. Also, /help just gives a list of commands so idk how that’ll help
