this dude have a buster kit and he used more than 3 meats he just eat and eat this dude is not a player!!!
I want from staff to go and play matches in HG with other acounts and see what they do!
Ban them now!
And delete this bug
And ur website cant just upload 48mb

I'm not exactly sure who you are talking about in this report.
I couldn't find anyone on the forums with the username you referenced for the video and the same could be said for the web app as well as Xbox Live.
Personally I would recommend using a video uploading service like Streamable or YouTube and upload a video of the user in question cheating and share it on these forums as a private or unlisted video.
The forums also have a dedicated template and useful tips for filing user reports as shown in the screenshot below.
