Given that they aren't registered and that they have a fake name, I would consider kicking them or checking a couple hours later to see if they register.

You are better off adding staff to your friend list (if you have space) to kick these unregistered players because unfortunately there is really nothing we can do about them from forums- often people dealing with forums reports aren't able to get on the server when they are taking care of player reports- I recommend (looking at the times that you report) adding KhrizKGM, TrenzKGM, Angi_msg, and if you want someone in the Americas add Utopiia, joongie, bananaduck2, _HamsomeHam_ or me (or all of us if you want)
