Hey! So I was banned permanently and it says reason chargeback , I haven’t even bought anything from the store so it doesn’t make sense -.-

It's not a mistake or a bug- it is a payment which has been "reversed" or taken away from Brokenlens- on top of the money that was already paid to Brokenlens being taken away I assume that the bank probably charges Brokenlens for the cancelled transaction too costing Vertx even more money :(
