I mean once 2021 hits and Hytale releases, all minecraft minigame servers might done for. Player counts will go down to a quarter of what they are for nearly all servers. Hytale is gonna kill not minecraft itself, but MC servers are screwed. Hytale is catered towards server players, and of what's being shown on It's blog is way crazier than the trailer. And the trailer already shook the Minecraft community. Many servers on Minecraft are probably gonna convert to Hytale as well, so servers will live on, just in a new game. I think eventually, BrokenLens will have to do this. Maybe not 2021, but a few years later, the server will be dead. MC servers just can't compete to what Hytale has. I think BrokenLens should prepare for the scenario, in which Hytale becomes a massive hit, and they might have to make a Hytale server.

It wont be. Hytales engine is way too powerful to run on mobile. A lot of people will have Pcs of some sort and Hytale can run on even the lowest grade pcs. Even then, many kids have some form of computer at their home, so they can play hytale. Even if It's lower end, it'll work.
