What is warning points? (and why cant I get the YT rank?)

When i tried getting the YouTube rank it said i had too many warning points. I checked my stats and it said ive exactly 3 warning points. Can someone please tell me what this means?! How did i get those warning points???!! If you know the answer, please reply below.

Warning points is a thing that will warn players to not disobey the rules. You probably got the warnings by 3 failed attempt to do /youtube.
