unable to play splatter

when i login and enter the game, it stalls on build terrain. i am able to play other games in broken lens server. ??

Chunks are loading, just give it some time.

That's the thing. The chunks never load. I've sat on that screen for a straight 5 minutes and nothing happened.

Umm...

I'am just quit minecraft ( Double tap home ) and open it, then chose servers... And it never stuck on my device... I have never find this problem, so i dont really know how to help

I get this, other games work fine but nothin loads on splt, even if I reload mc or use mobile data instead of wifi or whatever
