well i have solved this problem some people can get inside without sign in so not a problem with minecraft or brlns.

YeS!.... but that is not his problem, you can still join with xbox account and other players signed into xbox can see you xbox account, his problem is he can't see those, and with the screenshots i share it might be a coincidence that not single of them are signed in or maybe like they mention before this is possibly a new feature or a bug.

I do not think its becouse of his textire pack i can't see peoples xbox too and i dont wear texture pack
