That isn't brokenlens's fault, it's mojangs, it's rendering and lag mixed together cause by mojang. It happens on mostly all servers

It depends on your WiFi and how powerful your device is.
This doesn't really happen to me, all you need to do it go to home screen then go the Minecraft app, after you do that every single chunk will reload.
(Do not swipe out the mcpe app)

And if wont work what @DJGAMERWATCHER282 said , you can go to settings then change the chunks to minimum the to the highest then back to normal again. It worked for me!
