Yes,but if a Sectional Moderator bans them..Then it won't be perm ban,since they can't perm ban,but they can still ban for a long amount of time.Usually I just tag Plushtrap_133,since he can perm ban him hack reports... @Ray_Palmer_Atom knows the time limit for banning hackers if it isn't perm ban. xD
