People are Quiting what are going to do ???

If they're gone, they're gone. Vertx can't just magically make them come back. I feel your pain dude but just accept the truth.

Atleast the almost/all/half/some people who left are friends with us but rarely they come back like my friend in BL came back and he's one of my oldest friend when I didn't join this forums yet in March 2016 something like that and here's a photo of his name minutes ago

And what makes people leave because of vertx?He created this server, if he didn't exist, BrokenLens what of never existed, and I repeat, would of never existed.If you're saying that because you want to be a Mod and vertx isn't choosing you, rethink.How many people on forums and server would like to be a mod, huh?Did you know that probably 75% of the people who joined forums joined for a rank?Probably not.Vertx isn't making anyone leave, no offence, but you seem to be just insulting him because you want a rank.

There isn't much to do if someone leaves.You can convince them to not by reasons, have a little talk to them, and ask what is causing them to leave.If they no longer like the server, ask them why, and try and make the server a better place for them, and remember well so then they won't try leaving again.

If they're leaving because of work or school, leave them.Education and life is more important than video games, and sitting infront of an electronic devices.If they're leaving because of life problems, (like bullies, family member dying, parents divorced, etc.) also leave them.Life comes first!
