My friend got banned I wanna know why

So today my friend @Daniel_superlife got banned from brokenlens forever, and when he tried to contact here he says that he wasn't able to send messages. So he asked me to help him so here i am.

Would you please mind telling me why he was banned? He thinks he was mistakenly banned.

Whatever he have done he have learned his lessons and if you can kindly ban him only for 2 or 3 days and not forever? He enjoys playing this game so much and I can't bare to see him quit playing brokenlens..
