MESSAGE FOR USERS TRYING TO CONTRIBUTE TO BAN APPEALS

Hey everyone, ​

So I have recently been noticing that the ban appeals section has been getting spammed with users trying to deal with the reports. All staff have the correct tools and server information and commands needed to do this but every time we come to a ban appeal we have recently been seeing it either flooded with random conversation or multiple users trying to help manage the report without a staff member.​

This has been causing much confusion with many members of the staff team, yes we know you are all trying to help but please can you try not to spam the ban appeals with multiple users asking the same questions repeatedly on an ban appeal and we only need ONE user to tag staff not 7 or 8. If staff have already been tagged then leave the appeal for a staff member to handle. The Ban Appeals section was made so staff can look up a players ban information and decide if a user should be unbanned or not.​

Thanks for understanding, I feel like I had to say this because I have been seeing many users doing this. The Official Ban Appeal method is also listed below in case anyone forgets.​

First , Include the date & time you were banned. (Also time zone)

Second, Write the server that you were banned on.

Third, Enter Your IGN

Fourth, Write your appeal, why you got banned and apologize for better chance.

Fifth, Add a screenshot.

Sixth Were you banned by an admin
