It's good to see that you are remaking your map! I'm proud of you for try again.

It's better than the first version but I still think that need some details, like a scenary in the background, like floating islands or end cities and mix the floor with another blocks (make a cool texture for it). I would try mix Endbricks Endstone and sandstone for the floor, and make like that photo:

And about the end cities, If you will add it, don't worry about make exactly the same Minecraft structure, use your creativity for it!!

its definitely better then the first one u made but its still lacking a bunch of details , maybe try adding hills as in terraforming and it make the map more cleaner and not just flat , 2nd of all try making some realistic end trees so it can make the map more realistic and 3rd of all the enderman's looks flat as a feather so try making them a bit thicc and more detailed instead of just a simple cubix enderman

Heres a video showing how u can terraform by Hand on Bedrock :


if you're on java and want to terraform whit WorldEdit u can use my method

first i grab a sword then i do //br sphere sand 5
then i just start making hills around the map and i would recommend u to use sand or gravel since those are the blocks that fall and makes the hill more realistic
once you're done whit placing them around the map u select the whole hill whit //pos1 and //pos2 then u do the command //smooth , its a really good command for smoothing aswell

this is my method , i cant find a video showing u how to do it but u can use another to terraform as well , or if you're on Bedrock u can just terraform by Hand and u can learn that by watching the video
