I want to know what makes a great staff on server.

A good personality, calmness, kindness, how you react to drama/conflict, how active you are, the way you treat others, your patience, helpfulness, maturity, etc.

if you’re apart of toxic groups known for.. being toxic or just awful human beings, might wanna leave that all behind. Most of the time it ruins your image too.
