I got points enough points to be on the leaderboard but I am not there

on splatter I got 1170 points and when I checked the leader board that was enough points to be in 3rd place but I wasn't there like the lowest amount of points on the legend leaderboard is 827 but I got more so why am I not on the leaderboard?

That's not how splatter works. You need wins, not points in a game.
