Like a fly hack, killaura, autoclick, ect.

They join aka spectate the player and see if their movements or hits are unusual?

We do regularly spectate questionable players but we also check through reports that users submitted on forums, and we also check players we encounter through our own gameplay experiences on the server.
There's definitely a lot that we keep into consideration before we ban a player for cheating, For trickier cases we tend to record video of the situation and peer review with other members on the team.
