There’s at least 3 in the TSW/SW/MW hub, one of them requires you to fly to an island, so you’ll need a rank. The other 2 are on the other islands that are connect by bridges.

I’ve found the 2 secret rooms of sw/tsw/mw where you cross the bridge but I can’t find the 3rd one and yes I have a rank so I can fly XD

The third one is hidden on one of the islands on the right side when crossing the bridge, fly over there and go through the waterfall to find the last (I think its the last) room.
