how can i get my YT rank

i have try three time and the fourth time i try, it say player with more than 3 warning can't claim there YT rank. but i all way give the right information! why? i need help

Have you ever did anything against BrokenLens' rules? Warnings mean you have done something wrong, in order to get suspended you need 30 warning points. Try making a new account,
