Help Youtube rank Problem Invalid?

Good day server staff, I tried the youtube rank command but it says invalid email, even though its my email of my youtube account , also my username in youtube is 1 word, I treid the command for like 2 more times it says invalid email and i tried it again it says i have reach 3 warning points pls help
