Yeah everyone knows that it's much easier to use than the normal keypad

Settings > Language and input > AOSP (or Google) keyboard > Appearance and Layout

Try switching to french layout, english, whatever, see if fixes it...

And go up on Text Correction and disable suggestions...

Like that it's easy xD
