you need to win a game without having any teammates in the end of the match. if i wasnt clear enough let me know i'll explain more.
if you really played 1v4 then i really dont know maybe its a glitch?

maybe you had a teammate/teammates that left the match right after the game started? if you did then i don't think it will count as a 1v4v4v4 , im no expert but i think thats the solution
