Did you guys reset my data?

When I tagged someone they will get an alert saying like this (username) quoted I in a thread or profile post

Something's wrong in BROKENLENS why all players are going back in lvl 1.....My another Account lvl 15 and I open that account his now lvl 1 but the money is not change into 0.......
