Server: Basically any of the main lobbies

Time: 9:23 PM (EST) (Not the only time this has happened to me but I forgot the other times :/

Description of Bug: Whenever you type in a valid command that almost any logged in member can use, it would say that the command isn't an available command for use. Even the command /help didn't working when I tried.

Use ">command" instead of "/command" when ur bugged
