Bug: Use FLY (VIP) IN LOBBY AND U CAN FLY IN THE GAME

DESCRIPTION:
When i use fly in lobby (im vip, nickname: MasterBryan99) and u fly to the portal u still getting the fly effect and i can still using the fly in game.

Yes, I tried that too. I was spectating a game on OITC and when I respawn, I'm still flying.
