Best KK racers?

The best kk racer is not devilist. A long time ago i was playing kk to level up a lot, the devilist would beat me in almost every race. But that day, someone i saw for the first and last time and whose name i can't remember now, came to the game. He really competed much better than the devilist he always beat him by a wide margin... but like i said i never saw him again and probably the only one who knows his name is devilist right now (I don't know why I told this like I ate a horror story) (.-.
