auto splat on pc? [READ PLS]

hey so when i play splatter with my friend that one player always become best player even its only using bow and they run,my friend say she using hack for it and its only available on pc only and ppl on phone Will lose,is it right? just wanted to ask,bc its unfair for phone user,ty for ur attention
