When the player is muted, then he creates another account, does that include bypass?

As I remember, the bypass was only for banned accounts and he created another account.

So if you get muted, then bypass can get banned too?

Yes that is bannable - the account will be banned for the same amount of time as the mute
Example: You get muted on your main account for 2 days and you join the server with another account, then that account will be banned for 2 days.
