not everyone has a specific timetable that allows them to be online every week at a certain time. sometimes things happen spontaneously. or sometimes you just wanna hang out with your friends when you’re free ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

plus, some of the staff members are super busy for their own reasons, whether it’s exams or holidays; they have their own life with their own commitments

Once they are looking for helpers they should hire from different time zones but they won’t be on 24/7, just gotta wait for the watcher
