staff apply

Can someone help me, I’m trying to apply for builder and I always get this message when I’m trying to upload the files. I want to upload 3 files but it always says “Image is too big”. If I upload 1 at a time, it doesn’t let me since it says, upload at least 3 files. Can someone help me?

I applied for staff for about 10 minutes ago, but i cant see the application anywhere, it isnt in my recent activity, or anywhere else, did it go through? i am really confused, and it took so long to make the application.
