glitches

Hello everyone I was playing TnTRun and I was picking up that players are staying on the chat because they don't fall which could lead them to winning the game and I'm not sure what to do. And I also took a snapshot of a player that stood on a block and did not fall once. ~Another beautiful day~

I saw a random block by itself and I had a glitch where I couldn't see any players so I jumped to it and apparently my friends said in spec mode it was invisible to them. So I left.
