I realised that from a few months old thread Hazard told me fourmer rank impossible to be taken in server which means its possible on fourms and seems like fourmer rank is also a rank in staff but it doesn't seem like fourmer rank IS a helper rank so how do you get a fourmer rank? It couldn't be...
