banned for nothing; help me; help

    I'VE BEEN BANNED, BUT I DID NOT DO ANYTHING!

    I was playing with my brother, and then, a msg appered that said: "You've been banned permanently" I really like playing that game,but i couldn't joing since May 2! Help me :(
