You know... If you stand on a doorway and place either arm along the wall and so that you stand right next to it and try hard to lift the arm that u hav along the wall without moving your body for 30 secs and either move forward or backward your arm will rise, so basically u are trying to push...
Oh and thx to the people who have helped or to those who i've talked too even if it was only a few weeks or a day and after that u might've stopped talking too me because i had a some what good time here on the forumes well bye
