Yeah and how can I explain the word if I use another word? For example: I used the word "mean" and "bad". To some people it has the same meaning. But to others it's not. Mean: it can be to signify, or be unkind. Bad: it can mean being unkind or poor, pain.

By your explanation, maybe server is off/full or you have a bad connection. But login timeout is when you're idling for a long time. My tip is to restart MCPE. Or reset your connection. :)
