When you get a killstreak of 7 you get the regeneration effect which sometimes and sometimes dont come up with potion bubbles like the person in the picture has(pink means regeneration). So I doubt its enough proof. But lets wait for the staffs decision I would say.

Yes I am 341ms means 341 milliseconds so its 3.4 seconds. 1000ms would be 10 seconds.

341ms is very bad.It means everything you do on the server has a delay of 3.4 seconds which should make pvp impossible.
