Probably Hazard's since he made up the contest. I tried to tell him to answer some questions in the giveaway thread, but I guess I'll have to do it lmao. I would say it follows GMT (Hazard's time zone).

I'm probably guessing May 1st since the deadline is April 30th. April 30th you can still submit your build into the contest.

Any maps that need to be fixed that weren’t made by the build team cannot be fixed. They can’t be fixed because none of the maps not made by the build team are not uploaded onto the build server. Until vertx imports those maps into the build server, we can’t do anything about it.

There is a BrokenLens build team, however you have to apply in order to get into the team. Currently build team applications are closed as of now. You can submit your map under the map submissions forums here. Here is a thread that provides information on how to convert your maps into files...
