I’m a nerd ik But the command is /tp @e[type=item,name=Diamond] (x,y,z) and then put a facing to it :)

I think this was a teleporting glitch? Normally if there were spawners (like in mws or mw) it would teleport a diamond for the generator so it must of messed up the coordinates or it just wanted sum space :)
