Well.. asylums are usually very plain with little to no furniture at all (except bedrooms and more technical rooms) so you don’t really need to add anything unless you want a abandoned themed type of asylum then you can make it very withered. Also wdym on top of a tree???????

I like the idea but I think the flowers and trees can be better. The stumps have oak wood which doesn’t really match the color of the tree so it be best if you use spruce wood since it’s like the same color as the oak logs. The trees look a bit like palm trees which I think they don’t even live...

I think it looks fantastic! I can tell you took a bit more time because the islands are more larger now. The only thing I would recommend is the dead trees in the middle could be taller. This is a bit nit-picky but the trees at the started islands could be redone into something better.
