    Nope, it is because I used to have a Diamond rank and if you have a Diamond rank you get 50 friend slots. Eventually it expires and goes back to 100 friend slots instead of 150. Thus, making me unable to add friends.

    I did get the same answer when my brother played in my account and got banned. Though, I see new players getting unbanned, it really just depends on how their attitude is when they make ban appeals. And not all High levels get unbanned. Many high levels and premiums get banned and stay banned.
