It's not a rule but is annoying, I think a death match like hunger games should be added where if the map does have a time limit (other than the island shrinking) then the players get teleported to a death match arena.

I've gotten someone banned for having multiple items, and last time I played you couldn't get a lot of blocks.

Hackers that spawn in blocks that aren't available, hackers that spawn in many hard to get items or items that only come in a few. (golden apples, ended pearls).

This compelling proof but fly hacking should be reported via command /report since lag can make someone seem like they are hacking. However, I'm pretty sure this guy is actually hacking.
