If you pay money to get back, it would be a bad idea to hack, so I believe that people won't hack again after buying it

Ya u rite, other servers have it, because if players go on and get perm banned, they can buy a unban, and hopefully they don't hack again, but then again they paid money to get back in so Idk. BL doesn't have an adequate player base to do it anyways. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
